2025 WAVE Writers Registration is now OPEN?
The ever-popular Wave Writers Camp will be back again this year (2025) and will take place during the month of June.
The Wave Writers program, in its fourth year, will run June 16-19, 2025, is for incoming 4th and 5th grade students entering the 2025 school year.
About the Wave Writers class:
- It is FREE. If you would like to make a $25 donation, you are welcome to do so.
- Takes place at Robert Down Elementary School in the BASRP room.
- Run from 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
Your student must either attend Forest Grove or Robert Down, or be a Pacific Grove resident.

What is The WAVE Writer Program?
The WAVE Writers program is for kids who are going into 4th and 5th grade. You must live in Pacific Grove or go to PGUSD schools.
This is a free, half-day, week-long creative writing summer camp is being offered to rising fourth graders who attend Forest Grove or Robert Down or who reside in Pacific Grove. This class will offer the kids the opportunity to write short stories, craft poetry and learn to express themselves in writing.
