Anti-Bullying Workshop Held for Campers and Parents!

At the end of the first week of the 2018 "thewaveprogram," summer camp, an Anti-Bullying Workshop titled "Communication and Community: Understanding How We Fit In"  was held the last session of the day. Both campers and their parents were invited to attend to listen and learn from Ron Triplett, Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked with local families for twenty years in the Pacific Grove area and Andrea Page, nutritionist, health coach, and sleep counselor who specializes in pediatrics.

Cooking in Culinary Arts

All kids, as they get older, have to be able to fend for themselves and be able to cook. New to "thewaveprogram" in 2018 was a culinary arts class that the wave campers are having a blast in. So far in two days they have made a smoothie and a kimbap.
